Stephen M.R. He is a Harvard MBA Graduate and the former CEO of the Covey Leadership Institute which under his stewardship became the largest leadership development company in the world.
He is also the son of renowned American educator, author and businessman, the late Stephen Covey, whose book ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ remains one of the most influential business books of the 21st century according to Forbes.
‘The Speed of Trust’ conference invites C-suite representatives, directors and managers of large and small organisations to identify and close the trust gaps in their organisations. The impactful, full-day programme includes discussions of international case studies as well as local implementation case studies presented by both Covey and FranklinCovey SA CEO, Marlinie Ramsamy. Covey will speak specifically on why trust matters and why trust is the number one leadership competency required in today’s business environment.
